One of the most important actions within our environmental restoration project. What was once an agricultural infrastructure is now a naturalized area that supports biodiversity.

We have transformed an old artificial reservoir into a lagoon with vegetated shores, through the installation of three-dimensional geocells planted with native species. This has allowed the development of a vegetation gradient that stabilizes the banks, improves water quality, and creates habitat for different species.

In addition, other complementary actions have been carried out, such as retention pre-ponds, wildlife-friendly fencing, floating islands for birds, reforestation of the surrounding area, and the installation of a bird observation hide.
